As a high-energy, values-driven executive with deep international experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, I am equally passionate about delivering results and fostering positive, collaborative, inclusive organisational cultures.I most recently served as the CEO of PayPal Australia for three years, from early 2021 through late 2023. An ardent believer that long-term success is underpinned by strong relationships at all levels, I bring an authentic and transparent approach to engagement with team members, management, directors and external stakeholders.In my corporate career, I have successfully helped to lead large, complex organizations with worldwide reach. As a citizen of each of Australia, the U.S. and Canada, I have worked in global roles and developed strong relationships, both here at home in Australia and abroad, spanning business, legal and regulatory spheres.Alongside those roles, I have remained steadfastly committed to non-profit service, having served on three Boards of Directors (Chairing two) focused on supporting a wide range of causes. An open and clear communicator with the ability to tailor messaging effectively for a wide range of audiences, I am known for bringing calm over chaos, and in motivating a team through shared vision.
