Our clients are leaders in the post secondary education space. We offer an online platform that collects users traits, provides personal insights and then applies a predictive algorithm to connect users to the appropriate training, skills development, and education pathways they may need to live out their life's purpose in the world of work- Eric is an entrepreneur with One Exit under his belt. Leveraging his expertise, and with first hand experience in what he refers to as, “From the trenches of business - balanced on the knife edge of the human condition”, he brings a special and unique verve to consulting, business development and revenue generation. In 2012 Eric co-founded jobZology offering the products PathwayU and Talent Aim. In 2023 PeopleGrove acquired jobZology. His core mission is to inspire learners of all ages to pursue their purpose in education, career and employment. Along with his business partners, he set out to makes sure that an education leads to a meaningful life, the world of work is filled with joy and purpose and in the future. there are no more disgruntled employees. He lives in Nissequogue village on Long Island with his wife. He enjoys spending time with with family, the cultural mecca of NYC, playing music, painting, sculpture, cooking and investment housing.
