Erik received degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghent, Belgium and in Bank Management from Bank Brussels Lambert (BBL), Belgium and ABECOR Banking Institute, Bad Homburg vdh, Germany. Erik served as Training Manager and International Management Development Manager (BBL/ING) based in Brussels, Belgium. He founded his own consulting practice that focuses on the design and implementation of specific OD and MD related projects. His consultative services include work on leadership assessment & coaching, career transition counselling and organizational change. He is multi lingual and has worked throughout Europe on different assignments for both governmental and private Organisations. He is associated with SHL Talent Management Solutions since 2002. He is a chartered Industrial Psychologist (Reg.# Psy: 561108603) and certified user of different performance enhancing psycho diagnostics and research based personality psychometrics.(Such as TAIS, OPQ32 and GCI).
