There needs to be a certain forward motion to the journey. Being very satisfied with my career path, I will not say it came about as the straight line path I had envisioned. Challenges and setbacks have been lived and learned, and still many more to live for. My present role entails helping our partner hospitality properties (B2B) to use our technology offerings. Implementation and training on POS, PMS and Banquet Event software. Always in keeping with best practices for the accomplishment of their hospitality activities. We are the glue! I will go from the technical install and configuration, to train the end user, to consult management on operational processes. All that without batting an eye.
