About Eric Vallone

I have over 15 years of experience in technology, education, and leadership development, spanning product & services, sales, operations, and executive coaching and team development across 17 countries. I work with for-profit and nonprofit companies and organizations across many industries, including startups from angel stage through scale and acquisition/IPO, established Fortune 50 enterprises, social enterprises, and educational institutions. I have a passion for supporting and serving others, and have been fortunate to not only work with but also explicitly coach dozens of founders and leadership teams, including multiple unicorns. I ask powerful questions while also contributing provocative suggestions to help others recognize and shift the aspects of their individual personality auto-pilot and group dynamics in the contexts that matter most, with a focus on tangible, immediately actionable, and sustainable processes. As a cofounder of Eliad Group we have provided strategic guidance and targeted support to numerous public and private educational systems and supported the startup and scale of a number of schools and other learning environments. Some of our primary areas of support include strategic planning, curriculum design and delivery modernization (especially around future-ready skills), and experiential and/or project based programs. A key aspect of our approach comes from our extensive experience as front-line educators and administrators as well as effective consultant partners. I am passionate about personal development as a foundation for professional development, with a focus on experiential, co-creative processes. I speak and work in English, Mandarin, and Spanish, and am working on Cantonese, Thai, and Italian. Together with my family I am an avid reader, outdoorsman, athlete, and traveler, with a daily practice of gratitude and applied mindfulness.
