I am currently working at Alight Solutions (formerly Aon Hewitt) as a Lead Business Systems Analyst. I conduct analysis, configuration, and testing of plan provisions for clients. I work with the SLDC on a daily basis by reviewing requirements for a particular project and developing the best approach to complete the project. I handle projects from beginning to end by completing analysis and configuration documents. These documents include detailed information on the issue or enhancement, and how to properly complete the project with minimal impact on other processes. I also schedule meetings to review the analysis and configuration documentation with Lead Systems Analyst and benefits administrators to ensure the changes or enhancements will meet client requirements. I create test plans to thoroughly test the changes to ensure they are working correctly and do not impact other processes. I have experience training new SCSs (Setup Configuration Specialists) how to properly use our systems to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. I also advise them on how to properly document these changes, so individuals across different services will be able to understand what was done. I graduated from Georgia State University with a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems. My main area of study was information security, but I did take other courses relevant to the field of information technology. Specialties: Computer hardware and software, networking, Microsoft OS such as, XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office tools such as, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, data processing tools such as, Access, MySQL, and SQL Utility. MiddleOffice to create personalized communication statements for clients. I work with IBM Mainframe daily to access databases, run print jobs, or trigger event processes. I also have learned to efficiently use multiple in house applications to complete projects. Building complex queries using SQL.
