As an Industrial Engineer at Sysco, I apply my Six Sigma Green Belt skills and knowledge to implement and validate an upgraded Labor Management System (LMS) at multiple warehouses. I support the maintenance and optimization of the Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and the LMS functions through system configuration, validation, and training. I have over two years of experience in this role, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of engineers and warehouse managers. In addition to my LMS and ELS expertise, I have strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization using various systems and tools, such as Warehouse Management System, Business Technology systems, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel. I perform analytical evaluations of operational activities and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. I also create and update SOPs, PWMS, Work Instructions, Process Flow Maps, and Warehouse Travel Maps. My mission is to enhance the performance and productivity of Sysco's warehouse operations and deliver value to our customers.
