About Erik Weiss

I’ve always been fascinated by people, why they make certain choices, what drives them, how they think, and trying to understand the world from their perspective. This led me to study Cultural Anthropology. Where I learned to look at situations from different perspectives.After finishing my studies, I followed that same curiosity and ended up in recruitment (of all places).Over the years I have tried to discover as many different parts within recruitment & TA as possible. From sourcing to hiring, candidate experiences, employer branding, process improvement, building teams and recruitment departments from scratch.And the more projects I’ve worked on, the more I realize that what excites me most about working in recruitment is helping companies and teams understand who they are and what makes them unique. And most of all trying to turn that into something recognizable and making it return in the processes, the experience and the conversations. In the end, that’s what helps an organization grow, people choose to be part of that story. Instead of pushing perks or generic promises, it’s about attracting the people who belong and will thrive in your environment.
