With a professional career of over 25 years in market-leading organizations, I have established myself as an accomplished and resourceful leader who leverages extensive corporate, strategic and event experience to act as a trusted advisor to Senior Management, driving optimal decision making to support business growth and brand recognition. My excellent communication and coaching skills have allowed me to develop and inspire event professionals responsible for highly successful international events of up to 1,100 attendees, all while overseeing a $15-23M budget. Furthermore, my Master of Arts in History, work with leading Canadian Arts organizations, and years of dance training testify to my passion for the arts. As such, I act as a champion of creating “the theatre of an event,” inspiring planners to think through how each touch point in an event can enhance the attendee experience and spark delight with special touches and thoughtful decisions. I pride myself on learning about the businesses I support, understanding the market rationale behind budget and event decisions, and partnering with Executives to achieve their goals.
