About Erin Duncan

As the the Employee Wellness Coordinator for Carle Health System, I support employees through creating a culture of well-being and by providing personal solutions to help them live happier healthier lives. I work to understand the unique needs of our diverse workforce, and create and administer wellness programs that are both fun and educational while embracing each employees individual challenges, confidence and readiness to change. As a certified personal trainer and health coach, I take a personalized approach to helping employees reach their health goals while embracing the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, financial and occupational dimensions of wellness. I have a BS in Health and Wellness and am currently pursuing my masters in Health Promotion and Leadership from Eastern Illinois University.
