I believe in excellence in everything you do. My responsibilities through the years have prepared me for many different things. In my various positions, my responsibilities included budget planning, budgeting, budget forecasting, project management, planning, management, understanding and knowing personnel laws and policies, customer service principles and practices. My supervisors also relied on my ability to provide detailed and accurate data for the Board of Trustees, Foundation Board, and our university partners. I was involved in multi-channel strategies, segmenting, research, team development and training, gift processing, receipting, querying, exporting, importing, involved with the research team and the matching gift program and more. I had to be on top of government standards and regulations. I am familiar with several different reporting tools and I am proficient in the Microsoft Office products. I have strong organization skills. I have a proven track record for managing multiple projects and team structures. I lead by example and I am a positive and encouraging leader. I enjoy problem solving. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. I understand who I am dealing with and know when to be technical and when to use more basic language. I am a quick learner and love a good challenge.
