Hey, I'm Erin—a Professional Development Advisor who knows that expertise doesn't automatically translate to impact. Too many smart people can't get their audiences to care, not because their ideas aren't good, but because they're performing a "professional persona" that disconnects them from their authentic vibe. Here's the truth: The problem isn't their expertise. It's that somewhere along the way, they learned that "professional" means "not yourself." When leaders can't show up authentically and communicate with confidence, they leave opportunities on the table: the promotion, the deal, the trust of their team. At the core of my work is helping leaders get out of their heads and into their authenticity. I help senior managers and executives show up confidently, communicate with authority, and connect emotionally—whether presenting to the board, pitching to clients, or leading their teams. The leaders who land the message, close the deal, and get the promotion aren't the ones with perfect slides or memorized scripts. They're the ones who show up as actual humans. Real. Relatable. Connected. I run The Leadership Presence and Impact Intensive, AKA The Extravaganza, a three-day immersive experience where leaders transform how they present, communicate, and show up. This isn't typical corporate training—it's experiential, interactive, and focused on real transformation.
