About Erwin van Belle

In the journey through my career, I've discovered some of the most important key values for a company. One of my personal values is experience. Not just the technical skills, but a global view of the strengths of the company. Only when you are starting to understand the general organization with its values, missions and vision, you know what you can mean for a customer, a stakeholder or a colleague. Another value is the importance to maintain the entirety of processes and projects. Giving structure to all activities may take some time, but it pays off, by giving a clear view to yourself and concerned people. It also ensures and immediate image on what a change could do to an existing activity! A third value is a personal and emphatic customer relation approach. One thing that a website, an email, a chatbot, a commercial standard talk can't achieve is a real analysis of the customer's issues or needs. Next to standard communications, tenders, general external communication media, it is crucial to maintain a human touch. A fourth value is the continuous improvement in order to guarantee the best possible quality. Optimizing processes, workflows, project handling is a non-stop activity which is creating extra value for a company and customer. Tackling issues internally and looking together with our customers for the best suitable solution are some of the highest levels of professionalism.
