Welcome to my LinkedIn profile, you are about to embark in a journey of discovering a person who you would wanna grab a coffee with, if you are in Brussels, Cairo, New York or around some internet connection! During 10 years of youth activism, intercultural dialogue and debate, I rose from development work and I am always seeking new adventures to make a more inclusive, tolerant and humane world As an expert in youth training, advocacy, debate, and dialogue, I work on migration, participation, human rights and freedom of speech, and I am always looking to connecting the dots between institutional political agendas, civil society work, and young people. As a researcher, I hold 3 masters degrees in European and international studies. I focused my research on hate speech against migrants in Europe and the rise of extreme narratives against minorities. As a communications and events manager, during the past 11 years, I have led the communications, social media, events management, strategic planning of different EU funded projects, with EU institutions, civil society organizations and international NGOs. Likewise, I organised more than 70 high-level conferences, seminars, workshops and conferences globally. As a global citizen, I have lived in 13 countries, I speak fluent English, Arabic, Spanish and French, I cook cuisines from all around the world, and I know one thing about many things in the Euro-Mediterranean politics, diplomacy, history, art, music and (travel and visa requirements!).
