I’m a people-focused engineering leader with experience across utilities, healthcare, and complex technical environments. My career has spanned engineering design, control and communication networks, and technical leadership roles—always with a focus on driving reliable solutions and building high-performing teams. As Division Manager of Telecom Engineering at BC Hydro, I have the privilege of leading a newly created division that plays a critical role in enabling the modern grid. Our mandate is to scale up telecom capabilities, deliver on an ambitious capital plan, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. I believe leadership is about empowering people, aligning teams around shared goals, and building an environment where continuous improvement thrives. I’m excited to work alongside a talented team of engineers and leaders to create something remarkable for BC Hydro and the communities we serve.
