With over 10 years experience in Church administration. Esteban Jimenez has proven to work efficiently and professionally at all positions he has held. Beginning in 2007 as a Bookkeeper at Sacred Heart Church, Rancho Cucamonga Esteban began developing his experience in Church administrative wearing several hats including human resources, and facilities scheduling and management. In 2011 Esteban received a promotion to the role of Business Manager at Blessed John There he used his skills acquired as Bookkeeper to run this multi site Parish. Esteban was responsible for implementing a new Budgeting method that reduced expenses by 11% progressively reducing the Church deficit year to year. From 2012 to 2013 the deficit was reduce by 50%. At the time that Esteban left Blessed John to go to St. Mary Magdalene the deficit of Blessed John had decreased another 20% and was on the verge of being in the black for the first time in 5 years. Upon arriving at St. Mary Magdalene, within the first month he was able to put together a comprehensive budget plan in addition to reorganizing the overall administration of the church. Always keeping to the Vision set forth by the Pastor Esteban continues to grow in his career path.
