About Ester Eomois

I am deeply passionate about sharing my expertise through university lecturing and executive education around the world. As a seasoned trainer, I specialise in Leadership, Organizational Design, and Motivation. I have had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed institutions such as the Estonian Business School, WU Vienna, IESE in Spain, Tbilisi State University, and many others. In addition, I have consulted companies on strategy development and cultivating strong organizational cultures. My current focus is on building and sustaining high-performing teams. I am also an accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record of founding and scaling several companies into market leaders within the Baltic region’s healthcare sector. Most recently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I led the Baltic expansion of the global telemedicine platform Viveo, driving the growth of medical clinics and doctor networks. Empowering women to achieve leadership roles is a personal mission. I have developed and led women’s leadership programs across Europe, and currently serve as President of the Business and Professional Women (BPW) organization in Estonia. Beginning in 2025, I will proudly represent BPW as their United Nations Representative in Geneva.Empowering women to reach leadership positions is a personal mission. Starting in 2025, I will proudly represent BPW as their United Nations Representative in Geneva. I am the founder and director of the Women Support Women leadership programme. This programme plays a pivotal role in supporting Ukrainian refugee women by promoting their economic integration through entrepreneurship education, mentoring, and access to the local business ecosystem. Since the onset of the war in Ukraine in March 2022, more than 400 women have participated in this impactful programme. Estonia and Ukraine, Ester and her team from the Business and Professional Women Organisation have empowered Ukrainian refugee women by facilitating social integration and the development of an entrepreneurial mindset.
