With a combined 12 years of experience in Law Enforcement and security operations, I have had the privilege of serving in a bevy of diverse roles. Throughout my career, I have served as a SWAT team member, a narcotics Detective, a patrol officer, and an instructor in various categories. My expertise in leadership, decision-making, and crisis management has been finely honed, preparing me for my current position as Security Director for Cross Point Church, a multi-campus religious organization in the metro-Nashville area. With a solid foundation in criminal justice, backed by a bachelor's degree in the field, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of law enforcement. Additionally, my Master's Degree in Public Administration has equipped me with invaluable knowledge and skills to expertly navigate the complexities of security operations within multifaceted organizations. I hold several certifications which include, Special Operations search warrant planning and tactical execution, executive protection, advanced undercover operations, and tactical mission planning, among others. In my current role, I spearhead the safeguarding of a multi-site organization, collaborating closely with law enforcement agencies and security professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of staff, visitors, and assets. My responsibilities encompass the development and implementation of robust security protocols, meticulous risk assessments, and comprehensive staff training on security procedures.
