About Ethan Moutes

Hi, my name is Ethan Moutes (but you already knew that) and welcome to my profile! I am a UC Berkeley graduate currently employed as a Franchise Administrator with Dine Brands, where I previously served as a Real Estate Paralegal. Versatility is my most valuable attribute. In part, I’ve become well-rounded by necessity; a supervisor of mine has abruptly and unexpectedly stepped away in not one but two professional settings. In those instances, I welcomed new responsibilities. To that I owe my early-career management experience, my introduction to real-world financial analysis, my seat at the table in negotiations with landlords and franchisees… the list goes on. My eclectic skillset is also a product of my curiosity. The only furniture in my room that I’ve bothered to decorate is my bookshelf, and I think that’s telling. So too is my tendency to put on a Freakonomics episode after a full day at the office. What draws me into real estate is that it exists at the intersection of economics, law, design, and several other fields that I love to learn about. To those in my network, I’m excited to keep on learning and finding new ways to contribute thanks to you.
