About Eti Bhasin

Being a dedicated, self-motivated individual who has hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, I aspire to become a leader in this field. I am passionate about serving others and desire to gain practical insights into managing Hotels & F&B outlets. Prior to gaining experience in the hospitality industry, my background of firstly being an engineer demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills. To have served as the President of various student clubs motivated me to pursue a career in management. A shift into hospitality occurred naturally when I seized the opportunity to serve as the Operations Manager at my family venture of restaurants based in Dubai, U.A.E. A few basic skills that I had learned include managing staff quota, procurement, marketing, budget analysis, and designing product & pricing strategies. Moreover, I have gained a greater bandwidth of learnings from my ongoing course and a consulting project like digital marketing, revenue management, corporate financing, quality control, and real-estate financing. With all these experiences, I wish to take my current restaurant brand sooner to a global level. At Present, I look for opportunities to gain hands-on experience with managing F&B outlets.
