About Etiene Steyn

An experienced programme and project manager with an in-depth understanding of current methodologies and applying these within a commissioning environment. I lead and motivate with an enthusiastic, can-do approach. I am comfortable working on large programmes, setting the strategic direction and pace and I have extensive experience in managing projects focused upon business transformation, service re-design, change management, savings, innovation and legislative compliance. I bring creativity and a visual focus to the commissioning cycle in undertaking research, planning for transformation, delivering change and conducting reviews. I am highly organised and relish multi-tasking in a pressurised business environment with a key focus upon excelling against demanding expectations. I have over 5 years’ experience of managing an extensive range of programmes and projects and I am comfortable and confident in taking charge of the end-to-end delivery of the commissioning cycle or project and programme life cycles.
