A protection expert with a nursing background; focusing on general protection, Gender Based Violence mitigation, child protection and durable solutions, I have vast knowledge, skills and over 16 years’ experience in the development and humanitarian emergencies; working under various organizations, managing grants by CDC, USAID, malaria and global fund, PRM, QFFD,GFFO, UNHCR, ECHO, UNICEF, DANIDA, UN WOMEN and WFP. I am a goal and result oriented person who is self-driven with a record of success in developing, implementing and monitoring innovative protection programs that support strategic direction of the organization; equipped with people management skills, i am an effective leader and manager with proven ability to recruit, supervise, mentor and lead high performance teams for a successful achievement of the organization and donor goals, as a team player, i undertake tasks with diplomacy, open mindedness, flexibility and assertiveness prioritizing clients and staff well-being.
