Customer-oriented Back-Office Manager with solid Operations background gained mainly within the leading player in the Italian fuel and motorway services sectors. Specialized in the management of fuel cards, involved in product development and sales contracts and fuel card programs management, during my career I have had the opportunity to handle important systems integration projects. Furthermore, I have developed an extensive expertise in team reorganization processes, Call Center training planning and in the continuous improvement, efficiency and revision of company’s working methods. Effective in planning workgroup activity, analyzing processes, prioritizing in challenging contexts, identifying and monitoring team workloads, handling critical issues during work peaks or sudden reduction of resources.
