CEREMET is a scientific service that has been offering scientific advice and experimental support to companies from the biomedical, nutrition and cosmetic sectors since 2003. CEREMET is linked to the Lipid Metabolism Research Group of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Barcelona. This research group has more than 30 years of experience in areas related to metabolism, physiology and biochemistry. CEREMET’s services range from scientific consultancy (experimental design, choice of best animal models or best analytical parameters) to technical support in the carrying out of studies during product development. This support may include in vitro and in vivo preclinical studies, biomolecule analysis and other specific techniques. All our activity is carried out under a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015. In order to expand the variety of services that we offer and to cover more of our clients’ needs, we have stablished strategic alliances with expert partners in the following areas: oncology, intestinal bowel disease and microbiota. CEREMET is fully dedicated to supporting the specific needs of each client and is characterized by its flexibility. This approach allows us to adapt to each client’s workflow requirements and to obtain high levels of customer satisfaction.
