About Eve Chen

With 4 years of UX design experience, I’ve developed a passion for crafting intuitive, user-friendly solutions. As I transition into Customer Success, I’m leveraging my design expertise to better understand user pain points and deliver customer-focused solutions that drive product adoption and satisfaction. In my UX career, I’ve worked closely with product and development teams to design solutions that meet user needs. In Customer Success, I apply the same approach to client relationships, helping customers get the most from the products I design by offering proactive support, training, and ongoing problem-solving. My goal is to continue bridging the gap between design and customer experience, ensuring that products are both easy to use and well-adopted. I’m seeking opportunities where I can contribute to product design or customer success, or ideally, a combination of both.
