My motto: Discipline > Motivation I have two visions in my mind: being one of the best in sales/business development and being one of the best in the fitness industry. I decided to strive for mastery for both In 2016 when I was diagnosed with the worst possible herniated discs and when I hated sales. Nowadays, I am a professional Men's physique competitor aiming for the top (Mr. Olympia) and I am head of the sales department in one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Eastern Europe: Netpeak Bulgaria. Because this is a professional social media platform, I will focus more on the sales/business development role but you can learn more about the other part in the rest of social media. When my friends and colleagues ask me what I do for a living, I present myself as a BDSM manager(Business, Development, Sales, Marketing). The reason other than the one to see the awkward look on their face is that I can expose myself for being a generalist. I believe in this profession - that's how it should be. My main goal is to help the other side grow their business. To do so, I have to understand how the business works, processes, and logistics, should have SEO, what type of SEO they need, and whether the product is emotionally bough, or is perhaps more on the rational side of the equation. ⏳ To do so, I try to invest my time(mostly out of work) in acquiring new knowledge in all of the four. 1⃣ The reason is that on one hand, I have a strong principle for "investing my time" the right way. Time is the most precious asset that we have and I feel anxious when I spend it in non-productive activities. I feel good when I get something done. When I know I've made myself better than yesterday. 2⃣ One way or the other. On the other - that's what I love to do. If you put me in a situation in which all of my basic needs (Maslow's hierarchy of Needs) are covered I would still do what I do right now to put food on the table.
