Handle banking queries and new products for the entire organisation. BAS – Monthly Business Activity Statement reconciliation and submission through Australian Taxation Office (ATO) portal Cash flow – Maintain daily spreadsheet to forecast and record cash flow Corporate Visa Cards - Update and maintain “Concur” with new users, chart of account codes, running reports, changing expenditure limits, and reconcile cards. Creditors – Oversee the Accounts Payable Debtors – Invoice customers/suppliers and regular debt collection to convert the debtor’s receivables into cash. Journals – Coding corrections, Foreign currency revaluation, Goods and Services Tax (GST) Reporting – Ad hoc and month end reporting on all modules in finance Payroll – Audit the fortnightly payroll making sure any changes are approved and correct.
