Background

About Fabrizio Brocca

I am a passionate, dedicated, and curious professional. Thanks to my international experiences, I combine Swiss precision and Danish flexibility with Italian ingenuity—an effective blend that allows me to tackle and solve problems both independently and as part of a team. After earning a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MSc from ETH Zurich, I completed an internship as a process engineer at DTU. This marked the beginning of my journey into the fast-paced world of micro- and nano-manufacturing, leading me to Ibsen Photonics A/S in Copenhagen. Driven by a strong personal connection to my roots and a desire to make an impact in my home country, I returned to Italy and joined Technoprobe S.p.A, initially as a process engineer. I later advanced to Lithography Process Manager, taking on responsibility for both engineers and operators. In this role, I not only oversaw daily production activities but also designed and implemented new technologies and processes, led cross-functional teams, and managed a diverse portfolio of projects.Work Experience
