Masters studies in Architecture, PMI-certified PMP and LEED Green Associate with over 25 years’ experience in leading teams to design and/or build complex facilities, real estate and infrastructure projects. Worked on diversified types of projects including high-rise mixed-use developments, P3's, commercial and infrastructure projects- Strong background in engineering and architecture topped by continuous professional development- Since 1997 I've directed cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors on various development projects from conception to completion. I actively contributed to the preparation and submission of rezoning applications. I developed detailed financial models, including pro-forma analyses and cash flow projections, to support project planning and investment decisions. I drafted and negotiated a range of business and legal agreements and conducted market analysis and product positioning strategies to enhance the appeal of development projects and optimize sales potential.
