About Fallon Welsh

I am an organized, efficient and highly motivated woman who tries to excel at everything I do. I can easily adapt to every situation I am presented with and am able to work well with people from different backgrounds. I have developed these skills through my studies and my experience at Rhodes University, teaching in different school, being overseas as well as managing a team. I am always eager to learn something new, as you are never too old to learn. I like to believe that I am a well-rounded person in that I enjoy to learn new things as well as being very active. I work well under pressure and I am also a creative person who is not afraid to think, teach and act outside of the box. I learnt a lot during my year of managing a large team at a Disney English training school. All of these experiences have made me a better person and made it easier to deal with high pressure situations.
