I have 15 years of work experience and in-depth knowledge of international development through studies in Gender equality, Men and masculinity, Gender transformative approaches and social development, and work experience in project/program management, operation, monitoring, and evaluation of the programs. Have done sectoral social/gender assessment/analysis, research, policy/strategy formulation, policy dialogue, M&E, survey and project/program designing, planning and implementation, evaluation, and gender audit. Sectoral experience includes social development, poverty reduction, aquaculture, climate change, local governance, education, health, water management, social enterprise, rural and urban development/ livelihood, violence against women, women entrepreneurship development, Address Child marriage, and Human Rights and Legal Services.
