Excellence does not require Perfection | As a experienced manager in the Hospitality & Retail space, with up to 10 years+ management experience; my number one goal in life is to inspire everyone I come across, I have had the pleasure of working at big and well respected organizations like Compass Group and Iceland Foods and managing at big venus around the UK, like the 02 Arena and Wembley stadium to name a few. I am very passionate about training and self development. I want to help people reach any professional goals they may have. I go into businesses with the sole purpose of pushing my colleagues/employees in reaching their utmost potential. A business analyst at heart, I find myself going into businesses trying to find ways for them to improve; either by instilling more efficient ways of working or simplifying business processes. Doing freelance work I have helped 5+different companies in achieving those exact goals. Along with my full time job at Iceland Food Stores, I run a mobile cocktail bar/ delivery service named Kamz Kocktails; in which I make hand crafted traditional cocktails and deliver it to paying customers.
