About Faye Waters

I am a highly experienced fundraising specialist who has been working in the charity sector for over 15 years. I’m a dynamic and results driven person with extensive experience in product development, project management, delivering income and have a passion for problem-solving, innovation and continuous improvement. Some of my greatest achievements are the part I played in the response to the war in Ukraine whilst at Save the Children balancing an average of 300 new supporters every week and triaging for the team, being the lead and raising 15k in one night at an event for Combat Stress and reimaging the flag ship annual fundraising event for PDSA without increasing expenditure. Due to my length in the sector, I have been able to matrix work across multiple income channels including HNWI, corporates, in memory, legacy and community groups giving me a well-rounded understanding of donor motivations. I am also a qualified Dog Behaviourist (BCCSDip.AdvCanBhv) with a special interest in helping rescue dogs.
