Dr. Showon is a compassionate Primary Care and Urgent Care Physician committed to providing patient-centered, holistic healthcare. Currently practicing at Nao Medical, Dr. Showon expertly manages both acute and chronic conditions, including upper respiratory infections (URI), rhinitis, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, obesity, and hyperlipidemia. In addition, Dr. Showon offers services such as women’s health, mental health treatment, occupational health assessments, nutritional counseling, and minor procedures. With a passion for education, Dr. Showon also served as Adjunct Faculty at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, where they employ innovative teaching methods to mentor the next generation of physicians. A strong advocate for community service, Dr. Showon’s journey into medicine began with volunteer work in underserved communities in the Bronx. This experience continues to fuel a commitment to comprehensive care, wellness promotion, and patient education.
