About Fedde Germans

The driving forces and motives behind organisations and people's choices fascinate me immensely. I see a world in which we slowly are being pushed to a tipping point in which we have to ‘do things differently’ rather than ‘do things better’. ‘Doing things better’ won’t change the underlying system and will not be the key to coping with the challenges our society faces today. I believe this starts on a personal level. This means we have to look critically at our underlying assumptions, challenge them and make other choices. And that takes guts, perseverance and trust. Trust in yourself as well as trust in other people and organisations. I see it as my personal mission to help people and organisations to make the shift from ‘doing things better’ to ‘doing things differently’.Specialties: Change Management, Safety Culture, Organisational Cultural Change, Program Management Appreciative Inquiry, Strategy and process facilitation, Coaching, Sustainability, Circular Economy, Strategy management, Management Consultancy, Team Coaching, Organisational Development, Talent Coaching, Business, Sourcing Management, Vendor Management, Negotiations, Financial services, Health care, Building and Construction.
