About Federica Nobile

I am a curious person with a natural attitude focused on learning, professional growth and amis achievement, always combined with curiosity: this is on the basis of my daily working approach right now, but also during the academic path in the past. I strongly believe in dynamism, looking for challenges to face and overcome, sense of personal and professional accomplishment and improvement since they are crucial for dealing successfully my work. I am precise, ambitious, passionate, little stubborn and very strict, especially with myself. Deep analysis and research, project development in order to create and / or implement operational processes and IT supports, studying the laws and involving my creativity to implement them in concrete is one of most important contribute I can give through my work. Self organization of the activities to be done defining priorities for achieving aims, especially under pressure; strong sense of responsibility, employing all my skills also developing those that need to be strengthen; cross-functions collaboration, being a team player, contribution to the growth of my company, maintenance of relations with external counterparties are other skills I developed and I am currently improving. I am aware that managing Compliance and AML/CTF issues is not easy as well as I really believe that hard challenges are the drivers to achieve the best aims.
