About Felicity Pascoe

Felicity has over 20 years’ experience in gender equality, disability equity and social inclusion (GEDSI) in the sectors of infrastructure, education, civil society strengthening, governance and decentralisation, and disaster risk reduction. Felicity has worked in leadership roles in program implementation and management and in program design, review, and evaluation. She has a passion for locally-led development, adaptive management, replication of proven approaches, and sustainable development. Felicity has worked in complex and fluid contexts, at the local level with communities and at the national level with central ministries on policy reform. She has developed GEDSI Strategies for large and complex programs, practical tools and guidebooks for integrating GEDSI into programs and developed monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks for GEDSI performance management. Felicity has worked on several Australian (DFAT) programs, the World Bank and UNDP in Indonesia, and for CSOs in India and Cambodia. Felicity holds a postgraduate qualification in international and community development, and has advanced Bahasa Indonesia language skills.
