About Felix Reyes

I’m Felix Reyes, Product Manager – Sherpa Platform at Lucid Bots, where I lead the development and delivery of the next generation of autonomous Sherpa systems. My role bridges engineering, customer success, and business strategy, ensuring Sherpa evolves as a scalable platform that solves real-world problems for our customers. Alongside platform ownership, I also steward light IT systems to keep our internal teams secure, efficient, and equipped to move fast. Before stepping into product management, I launched and scaled Lucid’s field testing program, operating and validating robotic cleaning solutions like the Sherpa Drone and Lavo Bot in real-world environments. That hands-on work sharpened my ability to translate field insights into engineering improvements, accelerating product development and strengthening customer outcomes. I began my career as a Radio Repair Technician (MOS 94E) in the U.S. Army, learning discipline, adaptability, and how to solve complex problems under pressure. I later earned dual degrees in Film and Information Technology, blending creativity with technical expertise to solve challenges and tell stories that inspire action. Outside of Lucid, I’m a builder and creator. Through my YouTube channel Entrepreneurs Quest, I share lessons on business, growth, and motivation. I also founded FlightSimDad, a global content hub for flight simulation fans with over 38.5K followers worldwide. At my core, I’m driven by curiosity, impact, and a passion for merging people with technology that works in the real world.
