About Ferdinand Marcellin
I had the chance to grew in the world of food and gastronomy. At the aged of 18, I moved to Lyon to study at the Paul Bocuse Institute. Graduated of bachelor degree in international management of hotel and restaurant, I do my final internship at the Novotel New York Times Square, where I could improve my skills. Back from New York, I take over the business of a cafe restaurant located in Suresnes: l'Accoudoir. In July 2017, I had the opportunity to sell and to invest myself in MLC Standbuy, one of the main Parisian actors of the Parisian event public catering. Curious and passionate, all my experiences allowed me to improve my skills in different aspects of hospitality.
