In my most recent role as a Senior Police Trainer, I was deployed to Liberia, where I played a pivotal role in assessing training needs, developing curricula, and conducting training sessions. My ability to design and implement rapid assessments for priority training needs, as well as my talent for organizing and leading sessions with working groups, showcased my skills in strategic planning and capacity building. Prior to this role, I served as a Curriculum Developer, where I contributed to the development of curricula for UNPOL pre-deployment training courses. As a Senior Police Trainer, I developed and delivered CRC training courses for police officers in Tbilisi, Georgia.
