Procurement professional with over 13 years of experience in indirect procurement and sourcing execution, with exposure to supply chain operations across manufacturing, industrial services, logistics, marine operations, and customer-site environments. Currently serving as an Indirect Procurement Superintendent at Sandvik, I support workshop and service operations by managing vendor selection, negotiation, spend control, and procurement execution for both OPEX and CAPEX requirements. I work in coordination with Global Sourcing and site stakeholders, while also supporting supplier development and local community sourcing initiatives in Papua. Previously at Caterpillar Inc, I led indirect procurement execution within a manufacturing environment, managing high-value indirect spend categories, strategic sourcing initiatives, and external warehouse sourcing projects. I actively participated in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs, supplier reviews, and development activities, while coordinating with regional category buyers and global procurement stakeholders for alignment and threshold-based sourcing. At Amcor Flexibles Indonesia, I progressed from Staff to Supervisor, leading procurement execution across Production, QC, R&D, Engineering, IT, Finance & Accounting, and SCM functions, with direct team supervision. My career focus is on operational procurement leadership, continuous improvement, and strengthening supplier performance in complex industrial environments.
