Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn profile!‍ Embarking on my professional journey, I began my career in the HR department, focusing on recruitment, from creating job descriptions and posting openings to shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews. My journey led me to the Employment Department at arcenciel, where I gained valuable experience in recruiting individuals with disabilities. This phase was incredibly fulfilling as I not only improved lives but also collaborated with companies to foster inclusivity in the workplace. Fueling my passion for fashion design, I immersed myself in studying fashion design, fashion business, and styling. My involvement with arcenciel allowed me to develop the activity related to clothes donations. Transforming this initiative into a sustainable and profitable venture, I founded the brand 'Inventi Studio' to upcycle waste and unwearable clothes under the project 'La Boutique Sociale.' This endeavor fulfills my dream of contributing to the environment, economy, and society simultaneously. To sum it up, I believe in taking on challenges that push me out of my comfort zone, as growth often happens in those moments of uncertainty. As Marrissa Mayer said,'I always did something I was a little not ready to do. I think that’s how you grow. When there’s that moment of ‘wow I’m not really sure I can do this’ and you push through those moments, that’s when you have a breakthrough.'"
