About Filip Lisowski

Software developer | Test engineer | Dev ops in one package.I find myself in a unique position. As a developer in an Agile Scrum I've built back-ends consisting of stand alone micro-services, restful APIs and user friendly front ends. Thereafter, as a Test Lead Engineer, I’ve built functional and non-functional testing frameworks as well as testing infrastructure to ensure those services are operational, scalable, reliable and accessible. Having practical experience in both departments has allowed me the opportunity to gain a brand new perspective on development & testing practices which has enabled me to revise and improve existing processes. A substantial part of my role is to coach and manage manual testers who with time have become competent test automation engineers. Even though I’ve joined as a SDET, over time I’ve learnt a great deal about the testing profession and am proficient in stepping into a test role on a scrum when needed. What makes me good at my job is the fact I do enjoy and relish the challenge of finding technical solutions as well as improving my own skills through hard work and consistency.
