Hey, thanks for taking the time to check on me here :) I am a creative systems thinker and emerging thought leader in organizational development, rooted in lived experience and powered by bold imagination. With a background in nonprofit strategy, community coordination, and program design, I confidently bring a rare ability to see both the details and the big picture; Helping teams reconnect to their mission, align their systems, and grow with integrity. I case you are thinking what makes me unique, it's my cross-sector curiosity and commitment to innovation with soul, I believe we need soulful thinkers to help genius builders. I am deeply interested in how technology, especially AI, is reshaping education, power, and human connection and how we can design people-first infrastructures that are responsive to both human needs and technological shifts. I do believe roles can be created — not just filled. And community, creativity, and systems justice can (and must) live at the heart of how we build the future.
