About Flora Bellour

As I embark on a new chapter at the King Baudouin Foundation as a senior project coordinator within the "Education and Talent Development" program, I am happy to contribute to initiatives that foster equity, inclusion and innovation in education. Previously, as an attachée at the Ministry of Education of the French Community of Belgium, I played a role in implementing the new governance of the education system as part of the Pact for Excellence in Education as well as contributing to the Belgian Presidency in the field of education and training. In an earlier role as a policy officer at the European Agency for Special Needs and Inclusive Education, I supported key projects on vocational education and inclusive early childhood education, while representing the Agency's work in Brussels. I aspire to contribute to fostering equity and inclusion in education, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the education system to ensure the success of all learners.
