About Floris Kleijne

Versatile, decisive, creative, analytical, and with a quarter-century's worth of experience, I enjoy bringing my decisive, result-oriented drive to bear in my work as project manager, or hands-on IT or operational manager. It gives me a great deal of energy to deliver the optimal solution for our (internal) customers with my team. Listening is the keyword for that: to the need behind the customer's question, to what my team members need to florish, to the needs and requirements of our other stakeholders. My ample experience as trainer, developer, project manager and scrum master has taught me to speak the 'languages' of the various groups, to switch quickly and easily, and thus build a bridge to span the differences. My ability to distinguish main issues from side issues enables me to maintain a clear overview, even when I get a chance to dig into the details, or lend a hand in the execution. And with my excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, communication is in good hands with me as well.
