About Frances Brown

I'm currently employed by Cardiff Council as a Complex Needs Case Coordinator. I support homeless individuals who are accessing housing services within the local authority.I manage a caseload of clients who have varying complex needs such as substance and alcohol addiction, poor mental health, significant experiences of trauma and domestic violence. Many of the clients I work with are both victims and perpetrators of crime and abuse.I aim to navigate clients through the housing process in addition to coordinating support via our internal Multidisciplinary Team and external services, such as accessing healthcare. A large portion of my role is comprised of providing therapeutic support and building a rapport with clients within my caseload.
