About Francesca Menallo

I have always been driven by an interest in social justice and understanding human behaviour 🧠Becoming a social worker was a natural path for me, which allowed me to gain hands-on insight into the practical needs of communities and to touch the lives of many people. Through the years, I had wonderful opportunities to build my career internationally by studying and working in different countries (Spain, Italy, the US, and the UK). Being exposed to different cultures and approaches has encouraged me to grow a passion for advocacy and learning more about complex problems such as children’s safeguarding, women’s rights worldwide, and refugees' rights Growing a more and more global view of social issues has made me realise how much I wanted to drive the change I wish to see in the world by contributing to the decision-making and planning of high-impact projects to empower and support communities worldwide
