Significant experience as well site leader on numerous projects : influential management and safety accountability. • Training and Coaching: Expertise in the design and delivery of specialist technical training. Learning & Capability experience: career path development for junior engineers • Safety and Industry standards: Extensive experience in Process safety techniques ( HAZOP, LOPA, bow ties ). Fully conversant with API, NORSOK, ISO as well as BP and SLB standards ( member of API committee for 19TT, ex-owner of SLB Pressure Standards ) • Project and Contract Management: ESI trained, created and implemented a full Well Testing planning guide process from Appraise to Review stages. Multi services Tender evaluations, day to day contract management and cost tracking.
