For 20 years as an attorney, I advised clients on a broad range of zoning and land use matters, including rezonings, special permits, variances, air rights transfers and zoning lot mergers, for which I appeared at public hearings before New York City agencies, commissions and boards, including the City Council, City Planning Commission, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, the Board of Standards and Appeals, the Department of Buildings, the Environmental Control Board and Community Boards throughout the City.
